✨🌊 Las Cosas Que Brillan Fundraiser 🌊✨
Marisol, a curious and rebellious mermaid, defies her mother’s warnings and ventures to the surface, where she is captured by a conquistador who sees her as a prize. In the struggle, she catches a glimpse of herself in a mirror, awakening a light within her—one that gives her the strength to fight back and return to the ocean, forever changed by what she has seen above and within herself. At its heart, this is a story of trans resilience in the face of a world that seeks to erase and exploit, but can never extinguish their light.

Enter Marisol’s world! Join us for a vibrant evening of celebration and community at the Las Cosas Que Brillan Fundraiser! This unique dance party will immerse you in the magical world of Marisol as we raise funds to bring this visionary film to life.

Tickets are sliding scale starting at $15. Can’t make it? Consider donating to the film.
