About the Workshop
In this virtual mending circle, patching our clothes will serve as a pathway to mend our relationship to the Earth. We’ll cover methods of bringing life back into our belongings. Bring something to mend, a needle, thread, and fabric scraps.

This Zoom workshop will have a 15 person capacity, so please pre-register. There will be a recording of the workshop available for those who cannot attend.

Supplies
Participants should plan to provide their own needle, thread, and fabric scraps.

About the Instructor
Serena Hocharoen (she/they) is an artist working in print, ceramics, and fibers. The objects she makes are representations of dreams: dreams of remembering comfort, belonging, and transcendence. Originally from the Midwest, she is currently based in Philadelphia pursuing an MFA in Printmaking at Tyler School of Art and Architecture.
