Warm up your winter on the evening of December 7th at Poetic Portraits hosted by The Color Duchess. She’ll be hosting the night alongside an esteemed group of talented and diverse creatives who will be celebrating the hueman form through poetry, music, and art. ABOUT THE ARTISTS
Affectionately known as The Color Duchess, Duchess-Simone is widely known for her monochromatic Purple aesthetic and her unapologetic approach to life and art. She’s a published author and poet. Her debut poetry collection, Bare With Me, is named after her life mantra. Whether she takes the stage as a figure model, spoken word poet, or songstress, Duchess allows the gradient of her true color to shine brightly. Duchess is passionate about cultivating and inspiring the next generation of fearless and boundless.

Please note that Vox Populi is located on the third floor of a historic warehouse building at 319 N. 11th Street and that there are five steps leading from the street-level to the first-floor landing where the passenger elevator picks-up/drops-off. The entry into/out of the elevator is 29-inches wide, so may not accommodate all wheelchairs or motorized chairs. Any individual requiring a ramp to navigate this entryway is encouraged to get in touch with Vox Populi ahead of time to coordinate ramp-access and discuss accessibility details.
