Join us on June 26 at Vox Populi’s Performance Space for an evening of varied electronic musical performances featuring four artists who stretch the boundaries of the sonic medium. Horoscope, or NY’s Rene J. Cabrera-Nunez, will be in Philadelphia presenting his amalgamation of self-described “Cuban electronics” and emotional performance. From Philadelphia, locals Slow Tongued Beauty (Ryan Scott Kerr, End Result Productions), Christian Mirande (No Rent Records), and SPT (Justin Abate, End Result Productions) offer support in the form of deeply multi-layered auditory detritus, assemblage, and rhythm compiled via field recording, modular synthesis, and DAW.
