Join us on Sunday, June 23rd from 3-6pm for our Just In Time Closing Reception, featuring an Artist Talk from 3-4:30pm and a Catalogue Release Party from 4:30-6pm.
Featuring six commissioned, collaborative installations by Vox members past and present, Just In Time: 30 Years of Collective Practice is organized in celebration of our 30th Anniversary. Hear from participating artists during a guided tour earlier on in the afternoon and dig-in deeper by exploring the risograph-printed publication we have produced to commemorate the exhibition and related programming. The publication costs $15 and features overviews of each commissioned project, an essay by Exhibition Manager Tina Plokarz and exhibition jurors Jacque Liu and Li Sumpter, and was designed by Levi Bentley and Aaron Terry.
Towards the end of the event, we will be drawing the winners of our $30@30 Summer Raffle! Tickets will be for sale up until 5pm during the event entering you into one of five drawings for special prizes, including a weeklong stay on Deer Isle off the coast of Maine, a Kate Abercrombie limited-edition print, a Philadelphia Museum of Art care package, a one-of-a-kind bracelet by John Wind, or 30 custom artist publications by Levi Bentley!
