About The Line-Up
Glitter Vomit is the solo project of Jazmyn Crosby and has had various collaborators throughout its existence. Originating from New Mexico, Glitter Vomit is currently based out of Philadelphia, PA. Mesmerized by communication and its tools, Glitter Vomit sounds like static—like long slow thoughts, vulnerable sparse and layered guitar, cell phone, radio, and vocals in a labyrinth of loops and collected audio fragments. Inspired, obsessed, convalesced, and birthed from the traditional role of musicians, not as objects of adoration and worship, but as furniture, things of functional use, out of the pool dug and filled by Trobairitzs, epic poem reciters, and even the singing Neanderthal, Luminous ‘Diamond Ben’ Kudler emerges.
