Anakbayan Philadelphia’s “No Saviors, We Free Ourselves” exhibition at Vox Populi addresses the ongoing struggle for true independence in the Philippines and across the Filipino diaspora as we confront the presence of US military on Philippine land and sea. This cultural night allows kababayans (compatriots) and comrades to unite in the grief and joy of our struggle in combating US imperialism in our homelands.
