Join the Vox Populi Membership and Board of Directors on Wednesday, September 18th, from 6:00-9:00pm at the South Philly studio of artist and designer John Wind for our Booze & Bling Bash, a party and fundraiser in honor of Debra Ward and her 10 years of service as President of the Vox Populi Executive Board.
Featuring hors d’oeuvres, wine and cocktails, we will be toasting Deb’s unyielding passion and commitment to experimental and independent arts in Philadelphia with a DJ, performances and special surprises all night long. Celebrate with us amongst beautiful installations of artwork by acclaimed sculptor Dina Wind, John’s mother, as well as displays of John’s own collections of Modern Vintage Jewelry and studio art.
The event will also feature an interactive Charm Bar, at which guests can design and purchase their own wearable pieces from an array of Wind’s vintage and semi-precious charms; custom-created Mystery Boxes for sale, created by and featuring the work of Vox artists; and a small Vox Market of artist prints and handmade goods!
Tickets are $100 and are limited to 100 guests, with proceeds supporting Vox Populi’s enduring programming.
