Vox Populi member Jay Muhlin is featured in Humble Arts’ holiday group exhibition It’s the most wonderful time of the year.
For this online exhibition, Humble Arts featured contemporary photography that explores the holidays in new and unconventional ways. The works reflect strange scenes, uncomfortable situations and unexpected moments – imagery that challenges a Hallmark depiction of the holidays. The exhibition explored how photographers address notions of home, family and interpersonal relationships in the context of holiday celebrations. What role does the camera play in defining how we celebrate Christmas, Kwanzaa, Chanukah, Diwalli and other festivities taking place December through the New Year? Curated by Jon Feinstein and Amani Olu.
The exhibition can be viewed online here.
