Vox member Beth Heinly has organized a series of 22 performances taking place in the Underground Pedestrian Concourse in Center City Philadelphia under the moniker of “Open Call Guerilla Outdoor Performance Festival: Spring Edition” aka OCGOPF. The schedule includes works by Heinly, Vox member Matt Kalasky, and fifteen other artists.

Through a series of art installations, public events, and community-sourced maps, the project asks a central guiding question: What is an appropriate monument for the current city of Philadelphia?
